Lean Office Simulation – ½ Day 

The Lean Office Simulation introduces participants to using lean concepts to improve overall information flow in the office. The simulation provides managers and front-line employees a fundamental understanding of lean’s application to day-to-day processing of business- critical information.

The Lean Office Simulation is three hours of fun hands-on learning. Your office staff becomes front-line employees of a fictional company in which they must improve the informational flow in a process to meet increased customer demand and reduce customer complaints.

There are Four Rounds in the simulation:

  • Round 1: Working in the Current Process
  • Round 2: Process Redesign – Cellular layout and elimination of waste
  • Round 3:  Continuous Flow – Converting the process to one-piece flow
  • Round 4: Cross training and a Creating a Flexible workforce to handle Customer Demand

Lean Office Training Workshop- 2 Days

This is a 2 – day workshop designed for up to 15 participants and is chock full of hands-on activities. Participants will learn:

Carter is currently serving as president of Quantum Associates, Inc, which specializes in optimizing business processes to minimize costs, accelerate cycle times and improve efficiency.
